General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services and offers of the non-profit Your Process Academy gGmbH (hereinafter referred to as “Process Academy”). By using the services of the Process Academy, users declare their agreement with the following GTC.
§ 2 Services
The Process Academy offers its users a platform for further education and training in the areas of process management and project management. Users have access to online courses, webinars, e-books and other training materials. The services of the Process Academy can be used free of charge or for a fee.
§ 3 Terms of use
Users of the Process Academy agree to use the services of the Process Academy exclusively for private and non-commercial purposes. It is prohibited to modify, distribute, sell or otherwise use the services of the Process Academy without the express prior written consent of the Process Academy.
§ 4 Liability
The Process Academy shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of the services, unless these are attributable to intent or gross negligence on the part of the Process Academy. The Process Academy does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the information and training materials provided.
§ 5 Data protection
The Process Academy undertakes to protect the data of its users in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and to treat them confidentially. The Process Academy’s data protection guidelines can be viewed on the website.
§ 6 Changes to the GTC
The Process Academy reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. Users will be informed of changes to the GTC in good time.
§ 7 Place of jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from these General Terms and Conditions is Munich.
These General Terms and Conditions are valid from 07.04.2023.
