Hello, my name is Daniel and I am one of the founders of the Process Academy. I discovered my professional passion for process automation and digitalization during my time as a project manager of large automation projects. This passion also led me to found the Process Academy, where I love to create new things and take on daily challenges.
In my spare time, I perform all over Germany with my band, MadStep, and enjoy the variety that these experiences offer. My sporting roots are in triathlon and I challenge myself in Hyrox competitions.
I'm Matúš, co-founder of the Process Academy, organizer of the BPM-Münich Meetup, podcast co-host of “The Process Philosophers” and an absolute BPM enthusiast. I'm also the guy who always provides the right coffee in the office! I know pretty much every roastery in Munich and I'm always up for a restaurant tip, so if you're looking for something special, just ask me.
Together with Daniel, I launched the Process Academy to bring topics from the BPM universe to a wider audience. I've always been a sports enthusiast, but at the moment you can usually find me in the bouldering hall.
I studied industrial engineering in Dresden and then wrote my diploma thesis on the patterns of citizen development in organizations. I started working in the semiconductor industry, but now I enjoy developing the Process Academy and am responsible for our learning methodology, among other things. Field field hockey is the sport I've been playing since I was young, I grew up with water sports but also enjoy road biking, swimming and photography. I have a weakness for spending too much money on new technology and love a good coffee!
