Decision Model and Notation (DMN) complements BPMN and CMMN very well. It offers your company a transparent method of modeling and automating decisions within processes. With DMN, you can visualize and standardize complex decision-making logic so that all parties involved - whether business departments or IT - use the same decision-making basis. Automated decisions allow you to save resources, reduce errors and speed up decision-making. DMN ensures that decisions can be tracked, which increases transparency and makes it possible to continuously improve processes.
In the DMN education, you will learn how to design decision models in a targeted and comprehensible way. You will receive a sound introduction to the BPM trilogy, consisting of BPMN, CMMN and DMN, and learn about the central DMN elements. From the basic elements to Decision Requirements Diagrams (DRD) and advanced techniques – this course will enable you to model decision structures and use automated decisions in your processes.
