Learning Experience

A Brainsnack is a short piece of information designed to nudge your brain in a new direction or can also just provide some fun knowledge. It takes a maximum of 30 seconds to consume.
Gigalearning Modules are not suggested by our algorithm in the Explorer like Brainsnacks and Microlearning Modules. They are designed for deep dives into topics you've discovered through our other modules.
Microlearning involves short, focused learning modules that allow you to learn at your own pace and convenience.
As our knowledge is broken down into small bites, you don't have to choose a traditional course. With the Process Academy, you can choose from multi-day training sessions to consuming individual brain snacks in our library.
We support continuous learning with various methods and tools, like Microlearning, which fits any schedule. Gamification makes learning fun and keeps you engaged. We offer a wide range of topics for all skill levels, ensuring you always find interesting content.
Explorative learning allows you to discover and understand different topics before you have to commit to one of them. If you are new to digitalization, explorative learning helps you to learn the basics first. We do this with our Explorer. It works similar to your TikTok and Instagram feed.
Individual learning means everyone learns at their own pace, is interested in different topics, and seeks different skills. Our platform accommodates all these needs.
Just-in-Time Learning allows you to quickly find and learn about specific topics you need information on, right when you need it.
Search for the information you need in our library before a meeting or whenever you have a specific question.
The Explorer is a space in our app where you can scroll through our content. An algorithm suggests modules that might interest you. You can choose to consume a module or keep scrolling, similar to Instagram or TikTok, but with educational content.
Our modules are categorized according to knowledge level. This means that some of them are specially designed for advanced learners. Simply indicate that you are not a beginner and you can learn suitable content with the Process Academy.

Gamification and Engagement

Gamification includes elements like streaks and daily goals that make learning fun and engaging, encouraging continuous progress.
A Streak tracks your consecutive days of learning, motivating you to maintain a consistent learning habit.
You can earn various badges for achievements such as completing modules, maintaining streaks, and mastering skills.
Currently, you cannot earn certifications with the Process Academy, but we are working on providing actually valuable certifications in the future.
Yes. Your progress is shown through the Spider Map and Skill Tree, and your achievements are visible in your account.
The Spider Map shows your learning progress and how you are growing in your knowledge of a topic by engaging with it.
The Skill Tree helps you track your progress and visualize the skills you need to master a topic, giving you the freedom to develop your own path.
